Cómo funciona el Presorvac
Una vez abierto un vino, se inserta un tapón-válvula especial en la botella. Luego se coloca el Presorvac Profesional encima del tapón, y con sólo apretar un botón el equipo crea en pocos segundos un “vacío óptimo” dentro de la botella: suficientemente fuerte para parar la oxidación, pero sin ser tan agresivo que dañe la estructura del vino.
El Presorvac Profesional incorpora un dispositivo que mide con gran precisión el nivel de vacío creado, logrando siempre el nivel perfecto de vacío que maximice la conservación. En el caso de cavas y champagnes, en vez de hacer un vacío, el equipo reestablece la presión original de la botella, frenando así el escape de la burbuja natural.
